We gladly accept returns from customers who purchased their STQ products from our official site stqgear.com within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Items must be in new and unused condition. A product with dirt or wear and tear will be returned to the customer with no action taken. Products must be in our current product line, which is posted on stqgear.com

Return & Exchange shipping is FREE for United State domestic orders which purchased from stqgear.com. 

If you’re not in the United States,

Return & Exchange are still acceptable. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free return shipping out of the United State (we're working on it). 

For all customers, 

We’ll issue your refund or exchange within approximately 3-5 days of receipt. Refunds typically appear on your credit card statement within 12 business days.
