Shipping Information

Our shipping charges are based on the method of service and the location. While we do not require signatures for most deliveries, we do recommend that you have someone available to accept the package.

Our warehouse based in the United States and China and ships Monday through Friday. While we make every attempt to process orders on the day they are placed - only orders that are ordered PRIOR to 11:00 am PST with next business day shipping will be guaranteed to ship out the same day - subject to order verification and credit approval.

 

SHIPPING COST, METHODS & TIME

United State Orders

We offer limited time FREE standard shipping for all orders. For all orders which delivery address is United States Including Alaska and Hawaii, shipped from our warehouse in CA. We aim to try to pick, pack and dispatch all orders within 2 working day. Please be aware that during busy sale periods, Standard delivery orders may take us slightly longer to dispatch due to the high volume of orders.

Need your order quickly?

We can ship your order via UPS service for $6, which takes 3-5 days - just select this option during checkout. *United States order ONLY*

**Deliveries cannot be made to PO Box addresses. We strongly advise against deliveries to be made to hotels or third-party couriers.  Any orders made, to be sent to a hotel or a third party courier, are entirely at the risk of the client.  Therefore, we regret to inform, that we cannot accept any liability for orders that fail to arrive to the hotels or third party courier, or are damaged on receipt.  We will, however, do what we can to help in cases like these.

 

International Orders

We offer limited time FREE standard shipping for all shipments outside of the US,  and your delivery will be handled by Global-e our international fulfillment partner in China who deliver to over 100 destinations worldwide.
